Success story: Irrigation Community, the benefits of anticipating failures and breakdowns

Our mission is to keep your machinery in optimum condition. At DSP Analytic we specialise in advanced measurement and diagnostic techniques in order to identify possible failures or breakdowns before they become critical damage that could affect the operation of your plants.

We have recently collaborated with the Irrigation Community of the Lower Guadalquivir Valley to carry out thermography and vibration analyses of their electrical panels and connections, pumping equipment and photovoltaic plant.

During the visit we check the installations and equipment with our Thermographic Cameras. This non-invasive technique allows us to detect anomalies early by observing hot spots that are outside the normal ranges established by the manufacturer.

By identifying thermal anomaly points, it is possible to anticipate problems such as overheating, electrical system failures and wear on mechanical components.
