The NXA PRO has revolutionized the world of laser aligners, the alignment process and the work of predictive maintenance professionals.
The NXA PRO laser shaft aligner aims to provide the user with quick and easy operation, plus access to advanced features, such as OmniView™ and VertiZontal Moves™, is perhaps, and probably, the best power management system on the market.
Functions
Horizontal Alignment
It measures and helps correct misalignment, while dual sensors maintain the actual position of the shafts, even when unintentional movements are experienced during the alignment process.
Vertical Alignment
Same power and ease of use as the horizontal alignment program. The vertical alignment program is used when aligning flange-mounted machines.
Verti-Zontal
Allows vertical and horizontal adjustments to be made together in a single pass, saving valuable time and ensuring accuracy the first time.
Machine Train Alignment
The machine train routine simplifies the complexity of aligning multiple units with connecting shafts.
Spacer Shaft
The Spacer Shaft program simplifies spacer shaft alignment by displaying both ends of the spacer shaft coupling with an angle/angle display.
Omniview (Omniview)
It changes the on-screen orientation to match what the user is actually seeing by tracking the user’s position relative to the machine being aligned.
Patented adaptive user interface
Our patented icon-based, color-coded user interface makes it easy to measure, align and document every job. In order to minimize the risk of operator error, we developed an adaptive user interface for the NXA PRO system.
This adaptable user interface guides the user through the job in logical, easy-to-follow steps. It will provide measurement and correction values based on what the system finds during the alignment process.
OmniView™
Acoem’s graphical user interface is displayed on a 6.5″ transreflective screen with icons and symbols to guide you, in other words, there is no text involved.

We have equipped the NXA PRO aligner with gyroscopes and can therefore adapt the display view from the same side on which the user is positioned, i.e. the system knows where the user is in relation to the machine, thanks to the OmniView™ function.

The adaptable user interface guides you through the measurement and alignment process. We are especially proud of the feature, Vertizontal Moves™, where you only have to measure once before making the necessary vertical and horizontal adjustments. Quite a time saver in a world of time-poor maintenance!
Energy management system
The NXA Pro laser alignment equipment has a power management system that will make your life much easier! The display unit has a continuous battery run time of 10 hours, and should the need arise during an alignment job; the display unit can be quickly charged to 80% of its capacity in one hour. The sensor units will last a minimum of 24 hours thanks to the long-life batteries.

Advanced shaft alignment
The NXA Pro sensor units are upgraded to the second generation sensor. This version of the sensor improves tolerance to damaging external factors, such as vibrations and ambient light, and offers the most accurate and precise measurement values compared to any other system.
The measured values are automatically recorded during the entire measurement process. We have integrated the line laser with the sensor and this combination virtually eliminates rough alignment, which saves a lot of time.
Very compact, at only 33.5 mm wide, the sensor units fit in the narrowest of places. The sensor units contain long-life batteries, Bluetooth communication and gyroscopes.
Gyroscopes allow Tripoint Method measurements in the vertical shaft alignment application, something no other shaft alignment instrument is capable of doing!
